ONBOARD OPERATIONS

Preheat Settings. This entry lets you

change the preheat temperatures for the

extruders and build plate. Remember

that that the temperatures are in

degrees Celsius.

• Use the up and down arrow buttons

to navigate to the setting you want

to change (Right Tool, Le Tool,

Platform)

• Press the M button to select the

setting you want to change.

• Use the up and down arrow buttons to

scroll through the available options for

each setting.

• Press the M button to select and

conﬁrm your setting.

Version Number. This entry displays the

version number for the ﬁrmware on your

MakerBot Replicator 2X.

Restore Defaults. This entry restores

your MakerBot Replicator 2X to the

default, factory settings. This option

aects only settings that you can change

through the LCD menus. Settings that you

can change only using MakerBot Desktop

will not be restored to their defaults.

Exit menu. This entry returns you to the

top-level menu.
